Lamaze

Childbirth classes provide new mothers the knowledge, skills and support to give birth with confidence and empower you to make informed choices about your healthcare.

Baby Care Basics

This workshop includes Breastfeeding Basics & Pediatrician advice and is a must for all new parents. May be combined with the Lamaze Childbirth class or taken separately.

Infant & Child Safety

What would you do if a child in your care suddenly became injured or ill? This course covers basic lifesaving skills as well as childproofing your home and infant / child CPR.

CPR Certification

Certified by the American Red Cross as an instructor in CPR, First Aid and AED. She also brings their Babysitter's Training course to many school districts on Long Island.
